How to Configure Default Notification Preferences (Desktop)
Configuring account notifications allows you to establish baseline triggers and schedules. By setting these default values, you ensure that all eligible users receive timely, relevant updates without needing to manually configure individual alerts each time a notification needs to be sent.
This is for Power Users or Users with permissions to configure account notifications.
NOTE:
Notifications can only be configured on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.

- Select "Settings" at the top right of your screen.

- Select the "Configurations" tab.
Working Hours is the default screen.

- Select "Notifications" on the right of your screen.

This page includes the default trigger, reminder and recurrence configurations for certain notifications in this account.
Review and update the Default Values and Units specified for each item based on your company's preference.
Note: Some variables are recurring frequencies and others are upcoming reminders. Some notifications may have multiple conditions.

- Click "Update Notifications" once you've configured all of your notifications.
