How to Utilize the Knowledge Base and Help Resources
There are multiple ways to find the answers to your questions about Tenna's functionality - both software and hardware - including The Knowledge Base, "Help" Icon, and Tech Support Team.
Knowledge Base
If you are reading this article, you are in the Knowledge Base! Tenna's Knowledge Base is your hub for how to use the platform and the answers to all of your questions about Tenna, Tenna Mobile App, and our products. Utilize the Knowledge Base for:
- How To and Procedures
- Hardware Installation Instructions
- Feature and Product Overviews
- Troubleshooting
- FAQs
- Best Practices
- And more!

- To access the Knowledge Base on a desktop, select "Knowledge Base" from the left side navigation bar.
You can also type help.tenna.com into your browser window.

- To access the Knowledge Base from the Tenna App, click the "..." button on the bottom right side of the dashboard. Then select "Knowledge Base" at the top of the screen.
NOTE: You must be an active Tenna user and be logged into your account to access the Knowledge Base.

- Utilize the search bar to search for articles.
Type in keywords to narrow down the results. Once you hit enter, it will provide a summary of related articles to choose from.
Pro Tip! Review and select the article that is most relevant to your question as it may not be the first article in the list of results.
You may also scroll through the tiles to find the category that best relates to the information you are looking for.
Tenna "Help"
The Help link is an easy way to access feature-specific content.
Desktop

- Click the Help icon on the top right of any page in the Tenna platform. Relevant content will pop up for you to choose from based on the page you are on within Tenna.

- Select the article you wish to read.
If you do not see what you are looking for, you can search using keywords in the bottom "What can we help you with?" search bar.

- Read the article in the pop-up window or click the title to expand to full page view.
Tenna App

- Select the "?" icon on the top right of any screen on the app.

- Select an article from the Instant Answers to read.
If you do not see what you are looking for, you can search using keywords in the bottom "What can we help you with?" search bar.

- Select the article to read in a pop-up window.
Ask a Question
If you didn't find the instant answer you were looking for, you can get in touch with your Customer Success Team by using the Ask function.

- From a desktop, click on "Ask" at the top of the help window.

- From the Tenna App, click on "Get in touch" on the main Tenna Help screen, or "Ask" at the top of any other the Tenna help screen.

- Assign a priority to the issue, add details about the question or concern, and click "Send a message".
The message will be sent to our Customer Success Team.
