Licenses Overview

What: Licenses are Tenna features (packages of software products) that you can purchase based on your company's needs and use cases. Once your company purchases a license, Tenna activates that license for your company’s Account. 

Licenses that are available or have been activated on your account are available under the Licenses tab within the Settings menu.

Tenna's core features and functionality are part of the basic license and available to all accounts. Licenses to premium are activated separately in addition the the basic license. If a premium feature do not fit in to your use case or asset management goals, then you don't need to pay for it. 

Basic feature license includes:

  • Assets
  • Sites
  • Geofences
  • Utilization
  • Reports
  • Notifications
  • Answers

Premium feature licenses include:

  • Maintenance
  • Mechanic Time Cards
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Requests
  • Integrations (various)
  • And More! 

Who: Users with permission to the Licenses tab within Settings can see available licenses.

Step 1. Select setting at the top right corner of your screen.

The Licenses tab is displayed by default. If you are on any other tab under Settings, select Licenses tab.

Step 2. Review activate and inactive licenses for your account.
