How to View Equipment Cycles (Desktop)

What:  The Cycles tab on the Asset Details screen displays data for all completed cycles an asset has made during a selected time frame.

The Cycles tab shows a grid view of individual cycle details during a selected time frame and a map view that shows a heat map, highlighting density of location during one particular cycle or all cycles over the course of one day.

The Cycles tab is available for the following assets:
Category Type: Equipment
Tracker Type: TennaGO Plug-In or TennaMINI Plug-In (installed and verified)

Who: Users with the Cycle Time Report permission will have access to the Cycles tab.

Step 1. Select "Assets from the left-side navigation.

Step 2. Click the "eye" icon or click on the asset listing to enter the Asset Details.

Step 3. Select the Cycles tab.

Map View

When the Cycles tab is opened, a heat map view of all cycles for the current date is shown by default.

The color of the heat marks on the map (as indicated by the Activity Key at the bottom left of the map) varies depending on the asset's level of activity in that area based on the number of location pings reported during the cycle.

  • Green indicates a lower level of asset activity (shorter amount of run time in that area)
  • Red indicates a higher level of activity (longer amount of run time in that area)

To change the date on the heat map, click into the date box on the upper left corner of the map and select a date or date range.

To change the view to a grid view, click the View drop down on the upper right corner of the map screen.

Grid View

Each cycle completed by the asset will show as an individual line when on the grid view.  Columns can be customized to change the order of information shown on Grid View.

To view the heat map of one individual cycle from the grid view, click the "eye" icon for the cycle you wish to view.

To return to the grid view of all cycles, select "back" on the upper left side of the map.
