How to Use Map View (App)
What: Use the Map View in the Tenna App to view/locate assets and to view sites and their respective boundary, zones, and fences.
Who: Anyone with the Map View permission.

Navigating to Map View
There are 2 ways to get to Map View in the Tenna App.

- From the dashboard, click on "Map View" at the top of the screen.

- Select the "..." icon at the bottom of the screen. Then click on "Map View" at the top of the screen.
Once "Map View" is selected, you will be directed to the map.
The map will automatically zoom into your current location.
To zoom in or out, use two fingers to pinch or expand the screen. You may also use one finger to drag the map left, right, up, or down.
NOTE:
At any time, if you want to see all assets and sites in one view, select "See All" at the bottom of the map.
Searching for Sites and Assets in Map View

- Select the search icon on the top right side of the screen.
A search bar will pop up with two options: Search Address and Search Assets.
- Search Address: This will allow you to easily find your sites and their respective boundaries as well as any associated zones and fences.
- Search Assets: This will allow you to locate a specific asset by referencing the asset's name or fleet number.

- Enter your search criteria into the search field.
NOTE:
When searching by address, to view a site you must enter the specific site address.
If searching by address, select "Search" once you are done entering the search criteria. You will be directed to the map of the address you entered.
If searching by asset, a list will auto-populate once you start entering search criteria. Click on the asset you wish to view and you will be directed to the asset on the map.

- Select the asset or site icon for more information.
Selecting the blue site icon will show you the details of that site. You can also zoom out to see the boundary and any associated zones and fences.
Selecting the orange asset icon will display basic asset details.
To navigate to the Asset Details page, click "View Asset Details" under the asset information.
Filtering in Map View

- Select the filter icon on the top right side of the screen.
A screen with available map filters will pop up.

- Select the categories you wish to filter by.
Pressing a category will turn the category orange, indicating the category has been selected.

- Apply the filter to the map.
Once all filter categories have been selected, swipe the filter screen down to return to the map. The filters selected will automatically apply to the map.
The filter icon will turn orange to indicate the map has filters applied.
Removing Filters

- Select the filter icon on the top right side of the screen.
- 2
- Select "Reset" at the bottom of the screen and then swipe the filter screen down.
The filter icon will turn gray to show there are no filters applied to the map.
Customizing Map View

- Select the settings icon on the top right side of the screen.
A screen will appear to allow you to customize the way you view the map.

- Select or toggle on/off to customize your view.

- Swipe the setting screen down to apply the changes.
