TennaCAM 2.0 New Features

Our newest Safety Cam is now even easier to install and use to coach drivers and improve safety.

  • Improved installation process includes:
    • Verify key parameters such as install location and camera angle
    • Attach installation photos for reference during the verification process and for ongoing us

  • Live-stream video footage from the Web for added visibility and safety benefits
  • Access video footage of driving events with one-click from the Asset page
    • Additionally, access videos from all Safety & Compliance pages by clicking "TennaCAM 2.0" in the top right navigation
  • Safety Cam videos are now accessible on the Driver Scorecard itself

Print-to-PDF Functionality for Inspections

By popular demand, inspections can now be printed in a variety of formats or saved as a PDF.

  • New columns and filters for Sites and General Notes are available on the Inspection List to more easily find the inspections you want to print.
    • Additionally, you can now filter and choose the inspections to include in an Excel export, resulting in less manual clean-up work
  • Inspection Detail Page has an improved user interface

Data Access Control Now Applied to Maintenance Module

Data Access filtering can now be applied to Maintenance Requests, Preventative Maintenance, Work Orders, Fault Codes, and DTC to keep your organization streamlined.

Additional Enhancements

  • Total Idle Hours are now calculated and shown on the General Information page for applicable assets
  • Utilization Reporting
    • Daily Asset Utilization Report has a new column showing Total Hours for the reported date range
    • OEM Integrations have enhanced quality control measures to use the integration immediately after an install
  • Additional DTC descriptions are available in our database for Maintenance
  • Managing new users is easier with SSO improvements
  • Faster load times in Tenna Online for multiple pages
    • Assets, Trips/Cycles, Location History, and Tracker Status
  • Search for Assets using a partial VIN or License Plate to save time
  • Dispatch Queue gets an enhanced look and easier navigation with more tabs
