Release Notes: September 9, 2022

Our September 9 release includes a number of improvements and enhancements, many requested by customers as we work to continually make Tenna the most effective platform for construction equipment and fleet management needs. Here's what's new!

Internal Rental Report Enhancements

We've added columns for project number and date range to make it easier to understand internal rental data seasonally or by specific projects. These columns are also available on exports, making Tenna data more useful and flexible even outside the Tenna platform.

Bulk Print View for Inspections

Choose multiple inspections from the Inspections view and click the print icon to print all chosen reports, including attachments. This new feature is crucial for sites where inspections must be kept on record—print them out and keep them in the trailer.

TennaCAM 2.0 Improvements

Request custom videos directly from the Events tab within Asset Trips. From the Asset page, click on Trips, switch to Grid View, find the event on the Events tab and click the camera icon on the right. Events are determined by the TennaFleet II Tracker and are 30 seconds in length. Videos can be sent when the camera is on, or the next time it is turned on. All requested videos are stored in the Videos tab within Asset Trips.

The Tracker Status page now has an Actions column where users can view TennaCAM 2.0 installation photos to ensure correct position, angle, and camera view.

A new notification is available for users to check when TennaCAM 2.0 is offline or to check the status. A Camera Health Status Report is sent weekly to all subscribers.

We've also added enhanced access to Live Video Stream from the Asset list and from the Asset Details page. With one click you can stream live video footage from your camera when the vehicle is running.

Mobile Enhancements

An Inspections tab has been added to the Asset Details page. View inspection history for an asset right in the field—great for mechanics looking for reference points, crews looking for history of a new piece of equipment, and more. Users can also submit an inspection or DVIR directly from the asset page.

Resource Management is improved with notes for start and end points in a Dispatch Event. Drivers can see all instructions and special requests as they complete and check off tasks.

On the Master Map, disposed assets are now hidden by default. A new settings option allows this function to be changed as needed.

Pagination

To improve online performance, the grid view for Asset Trips, Cycles, and Location are paginated. Tracker Status Report has also been paginated for optimized performance.
