1

Select "Mechanic Time Cards" from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

2

Select "My Time Cards".

3

Select either "Create Time Entry" or "Create Time Card" in the upper right corner.

  • Create Time Entry: This will allow you to add a worked period of time to a time card.
  • Create Time Card: This will allow you to create a time card that will pertain to a pay period.

Pro Tip! Time Cards only need to be created for instances where the time period is longer or shorter than a week. Time Cards will automatically create for the week when the first Time Entry is created.

3a.

Select "Create Time Entry".

First click "Add Time".

Then add all the necessary information for that time entry and click "Create 1 Entry".

3b.

NOTE: To be able to approve a time card, you must have the "Time Card Approval - Supervisor" or "Time Card Approval - Global" permission.

If your timecard is approved, there is no further action on your part.

If it is rejected, a modal will populate so the user can update the timecard. The time card can then be submitted once again.
