Cost Codes Overview

Cost Codes facilitates the classification of costs, materials, and labor. Cost Codes are configurable at the account level and editing is permission based. This feature can also assist in tracking any outside labor or parts. Specific to maintenance and repair, utilize Cost Codes to categorize parts based on the components being maintained, for example, tires.

Permissions Requirements: Users with the "Manage Cost Codes" permission have the ability to create or edit Cost Codes.

💥Cost Codes is part of a premium product, Maintenance, and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.
