How to Edit a Request (Desktop)
Requests can be edited by a user until the request has gone through the first level of approver (field approver-if applicable).

NOTE: You need to have either "Asset Approver" or "Labor Approver" permissions to edit an approved asset or labor request.

- Click "Resource Management" on the left-hand navigation menu.

- Click on the "Requests" tile.

- Once in the requests main page, click on the request you'd like to edit.

- A popup will populate for the request you chose, to edit the request click "Edit Request".

- Edit the request information details.

- Once you have edited the information for the request, click "Update".
Note: If a user updates any of the following fields while a request is pending approval, a notification will be sent to the requestor, any "recipients to notify" that are listed, field approver (if applicable), and approved by (shop approver) :
- Start Date
- End Date
- Start Time
- End Time
- Priority
- Notes
If the user updates any of the following fields while after the request is approved, a notification will be sent to the requestor, any "recipients to notify" that are listed, field approver (if applicable), and approved by (shop approver):
- Site Requested for
- Requested Location
