How to Cancel a Request (Desktop)

Requests can be cancelled after they are submitted, however, the user capable of cancelling the request depends on the status of the request.
Permission Requirements: The user who created the initial request can cancel the request before it has been approved. Users with the "Asset Approval" or "Labor Approval" permission have the ability to cancel a request at any stage.

- Click "Resource Management" on the left-hand navigation menu.

- Click the "Requests" tile.

- Find the request under either "My Requests" or "Received Requests" depending on your status as either user or Approver.

- Cancel or deny the request depending on your status.

- If you are the user who submitted the request, click on the "..." icon on the right side of the line of the specific request. Then select "Cancel Request".

- If you are the Approver, click on the "X" icon on the right side of the line of the specific request. Then select "Yes" to confirm.
The request is now cancelled
