How to Approve or Deny a Labor Resource Request - Labor Approver (Desktop)

💥Requests is a premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.

Labor Approvers get final say on all labor resource requests as the coordinators of all labor resource moves for your jobsites. These individuals must stay informed of all site needs to efficiently coordinate the sharing of resources across all teams.

When a labor resource request status is updated to "Pending Labor Resource Approval", the Labor Approver will receive a notification to take action. This takes place after a labor resource request has been "Field Approved" or in the event of a scheduling conflict.

When you receive a notification that a labor resource request needs approval, take action to address the request.

NOTE: A request in the "Pending Labor Resource Approval" status will expire depending on the expiration selection made during the setup of the Requests feature. See How to Set Up Resource Management for additional information.
