Dispatch Reports (Desktop)

Dispatch reports provides information related to dispatch events such as view completed and pending dispatch events, viewing all delivery work done by drivers, viewing dispatch items by each site locations assigned or involved, viewing dispatch items by each different categories such as labor tasks, asset tasks, and delivery tasks.

How to Access Dispatch Reports
There are a couple of ways to access Dispatch Report. Either:

Select the reports tab from the top of the page.

Scroll to the Dispatch tab in the dropdown and click on it.

Select the report you'd like to pull from the dropdown.

Select the date range you'd like to pull the report for.
Note: You can also navigate to this report by clicking "Reports" on the left-hand navigation bar. Within the reports page, scroll to "Dispatch", then click the "eye" icon to view the specific report.
Completed Dispatch Events
Dispatch Type: The type of dispatch; either asset task, labor task, or delivery.
Title: The title of the dispatch event.
Driver/Assignee: The driver of the dispatch or the individual the dispatch is assigned to.
Labor Resource: Any labor resources associated with the dispatch (if applicable).
Assets: Any assets associated with the dispatch (if applicable).
No. Items/Tasks: The number of items and/or tasks involved in the dispatch event.
Start Date/Time: The scheduled start date and time of the dispatch event.
End Date/Time: The scheduled end date and time of the dispatch event.
Completed Date/Time: The date and time the dispatch event actually was completed.
Created By: The individual that created the dispatch event.
Pending Dispatch Events
Dispatch Type: The type of dispatch; either asset task, labor task, or delivery.
Title: The title of the dispatch event.
Status: The status of the dispatch event; because this report is for pending dispatch events, the status will be "Not Started".
Driver/Assignee: The driver of the dispatch or the individual the dispatch is assigned to.
Labor Resource: Any labor resources associated with the dispatch (if applicable).
Assets: Any assets associated with the dispatch (if applicable).
No. Items/Tasks: The number of items and/or tasks involved in the dispatch event.
Start Date/Time: The scheduled start date and time of the dispatch event.
End Date/ Time: The scheduled end date and time of the dispatch event.
Created By: The individual that created the dispatch event.
Labor Resource Tasks
Tasked Labor Resource/Crew: The Labor Resource or Crew assigned to the task.
Destination: The address of the location the labor resource task is taking place.
Site: The site the labor resource task is taking place.
Completed: Whether or not the labor resource task has been completed.
Completed Timestamp: The timestamp of when the labor resource task has been completed.
Notes: Any applicable notes for the labor resource task.
Fulfilled Requests: Requests fulfilled within the dispatch event.
Status: The status of the labor resource task; pending, not started, completed.
Dispatch Type: The type of dispatch; either asset task, labor task, or delivery.
Title: The title of the dispatch event.
Asset Tasks
Tasked Asset: The asset(s) assigned to the task.
Destination: The address of the location the labor resource task is taking place.
Site: The site the labor resource task is taking place.
Completed: Whether or not the labor resource task has been completed.
Completed Timestamp: The timestamp of when the labor resource task has been completed.
Notes: Any applicable notes for the labor resource task.
Fulfilled Requests: Requests fulfilled within the dispatch event.

Deliveries by Driver
Status: The status of the labor resource task; pending, not started, completed.
Dispatch Type: The type of dispatch; either asset task, labor task, or delivery.
Title: The title of the dispatch event.
Delivery Vehicle/Truck: The vehicle that is used to complete the delivery.
Assets for Delivery: Assets that will be delivered for the specific event.

End Date/Time: The scheduled end date and time of the dispatch event.
Completed Date/Time: The date and time the dispatch event actually was completed.

Deliveries List
Asset For Delivery: Assets that will be delivered for the specific event.
Pick Up Location: The location an asset needs to be picked up from (if applicable).
Destination: The address of the location the labor resource task is taking place.
Site: The site the labor resource task is taking place.
Completed: Whether or not the labor resource task has been completed.
Completed Timestamp: The date and time the dispatch event actually was completed.
Notes: Any applicable notes for the labor resource task.
Requested By: The individual who requested the delivery.
Status: The status of the labor resource task; pending, not started, completed.
Dispatch Type: The type of dispatch; either asset task, labor task, or delivery.
Title: The title of the dispatch event.
Dispatch Items by Site
Dispatch Item/Task: Asset task, labor task, or a delivery.
Completed: Whether or not the labor resource task has been completed.
