How to View a DVIR Inspection (App)

This article gives steps on how to view a submitted DVIR inspection report in the Tenna app.
Permission Requirements: Users with the “View Inspection Reports” permission can view inspection reports and details.
NOTE: If Data Access Control is enabled, users will only see reports for assets that they have data access to.

- On the dashboard of the app, scroll down to Submitted DVIR.

- Click on the DVIR inspection you want to view.
NOTE: Only the latest submitted DVIR inspection will be displayed. To view a different submitted DVIR inspection, search for that specific asset and select the Inspection tab on the Asset Details page. Then click on the inspection to view it.
This will pull up the pdf of the inspection report.

- Click on View Inspection Details" at the bottom of the screen to view additional details.
