How to View Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) (App)

💥 DTC is part of Maintenance which is a premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.

Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) will appear for vehicles with TennaFLEET trackers.

DTCs can be viewed and acknowledged from the individual Asset Details page in the Tenna app.

Permission Requirements: All users can view and acknowledge Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

Click on the search icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Click on "Assets" on the top left side of the screen.

Click on the filter icon on the top right side of the screen.

Scroll to the bottom of the filters and select DTC. Then swipe the Filters screen down to apply.

Select the asset to view the asset details page.

Scroll over to and select the DTC tab on the asset details page.

Click on the DTC to view.

Click "Acknowledge".

Once clicked, the blue "Acknowledge" will be replaced by the name of the user who acknowledged the code.
