How to View and Acknowledge Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) (App)
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be viewed and acknowledged on the Tenna App.

Permission Requirements: All users can view and acknowledge Diagnostic Trouble Codes.

How to View and Acknowledge all DTCs

- Click on the dotted icon on the bottom right of the Tenna App to open the More Menu.

- Scroll down and click DTCs.

- View the list of Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Codes with a blue dot next to them have not been acknowledged.
Click the filter icon at the top right to filter the results, as necessary.

- Acknowledge the codes.
Click on an individual code, then click "Acknowledge", to acknowledge the single code.
If there are multiple instances of the same code, it will prompt you to acknowledge the identical codes in the next screen. Tap "Select All" at the top right and then Acknowledge Selected to complete.
To bulk acknowledge multiple codes at once, click "Bulk Edit" at the top right.
Select multiple codes using the checkboxes next to them, or click "Select All" at the bottom right. Then, click "Acknowledge" to complete.
How to View and Acknowledge an individual Asset's DTCs

- Click on the search icon on the bottom right of the screen.

- Click on "Assets" on the top left side of the screen.

- Click on the filter icon on the top right side of the screen.

- Scroll to the bottom of the filters and select DTC. Then swipe the Filters screen down to apply.

- Select the asset to view the asset details page.

- Scroll over to and select the DTC tab on the asset details page.

- Click on the DTC to view.

- Click "Acknowledge".
Once clicked, the blue "Acknowledge" will be replaced by the name of the user who acknowledged the code.
Pro Tip! To bulk acknowledge all DTCs for the specific asset, click Bulk Edit at the top right of the list. Then, select multiple codes using the check boxes, or click Select All at the bottom. Then, click Acknowledge at the bottom to complete the bulk acknowledge.
