Asset Labels Overview
Asset labels are used to identify and categorize assets in the Tenna platform. The labels are customizable and can be applied to assets to easily determine their activity or status. For example, labels can be used to indicate if an asset is "down for maintenance", "good to go", or "waiting on parts". Asset labels can be seen across the Tenna platform, including asset details, asset grid, asset map, dispatch board, etc.
How to Create Asset Labels

- Click on the "Settings" button at the top of the page.

- Click on the "Configurations" button.

- Select the "Labels" tab within the Configurations page.

- Create label names based on the needs of the organization. The label names can be edited, but the colors cannot be changed.
How to Assign Asset Labels

- Click "Assets" on the left-hand navigation bar.

- Select the asset to assign a label to.

- Once in the Asset Details Page, click the pencil icon to either assign a label to the asset or edit the current asset label.

- Select the appropriate label for the asset.
