How to View AEMP Fault Codes (App)
💥 Fault Codes is part of Maintenance which is a premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.
AEMP Fault Codes are diagnostic codes for heavy equipment. These will appear for equipment using OEM Telematics (if supported by the manufacturer).
Permissions Requirements: All users with OEM integrations enabled in their account are able to view AEMP fault codes.

- Click on the search icon on the bottom of the screen.

- Click on "Assets".

- Click on the filter icon on the top right of the screen.

- Scroll down to select "Fault Codes" and then swipe the Filter screen down to apply.

- Select the asset you want to view.
This will bring you to the asset details page for that specific asset.

- Scroll over and click on the "Fault Codes" tab.
This will show you a list of all fault codes for this asset.
Lines with a blue dot on the right side are unacknowledged.

- Acknowledge the fault code.
There are three different ways to do this:
- Click on the blue dot to the right of the fault code you want to acknowledge.
- Click on the name of the fault code to view the fault code details.
Then click "Acknowledge" on the Fault Code Details screen.
- Click on "Bulk Edit" on the top right of the screen.
This will display a list of all unacknowledged fault codes.
Use the radio buttons to the left of each fault code to select the ones you want to acknowledge.
Click "Acknowledge" on the bottom right side of the screen.
