How to View Asset Location History (App)

Location history is used for assets that are typically transported from jobsite to jobsite. It is a record of an asset’s coordinates, address, and the time it was at a specific location.

To view the Asset Location history, the tracker type must be one of the following:

TennaMINI Battery
TennaMINI Solar
TennaBLE
TennaQR
TennaGO Battery (legacy hardware)

1: Log into the Tenna app.

2: Click the search icon at the bottom of the screen.

3: Select "Assets" from the options.

4: Search for the asset to view the location history for.

5: Click on the asset to access the asset details page.

6: Select the "Location History" tab.

7: In the "Location History" tab, users can view asset's location history based on GPS location pings and manually scanned location updates. Scroll through the list to view past location updates.

Note: The location history is displayed in a list format showing the recorded date and time of each location ping along with the associated address and geofences displayed on the map.

Click on the asset to access the asset details page.

Select the "Location History" tab.
