1

Select "Parts" from the navigation bar on the left.

2

Select "Inventory".

3

Click "Inventory Actions" on the top right of the screen.

4

Select "Bulk Import".

5

Click the "Inventory-Part-Bulk-Upload-Template.csv" link to download the inventory template.

6

Fill out the template with the details for each part you want to transfer to the inventory location.

Important! The fields with the "*" are required fields. If they are left empty an error message will populate.

NOTE: Only parts that already exist in the Parts Catalog can be bulk imported to an inventory location.

7

Once complete, drag and drop your .csv file or click "Choose File".

Once the file is added, you may navigate off the page while the data uploads. When you return, the progress of the upload will be shown until it is complete.

8

Review upload successes and/or failures.

If the import was created successfully without error, click "Complete" to navigate to the parts catalog.

9

If any parts failed the upload, download the revision template.

This template lists only the failed parts and a reason in the first column. Use this template to fix any issues as indicated.

10

After fixing the issues, remove the first column with the errors.

11

Click "Upload File" and select the file to upload.

Repeat this process until all parts are successfully added to the inventory location.

If you receive the following error, review the file to ensure it is the correct file and does not have any errors, then upload the file once again.
