How to Approve or Deny a Request (App)

When an asset request status is updated to "Pending Asset Approval", the Asset Approver will receive a notification to take action.
When you receive a notification for an asset request approval, take action to address the request. You can either click on the notification when it is sent or follow the steps below.
Permission Requirements: Users with the "Asset Approval" permission have the ability to approve asset requests.

- Open the Tenna app.

- Click the dotted icon on the bottom right toolbar.

- Select "Requests".

- Any pending requests will be listed under "Received Requests". Select the Request to approve or deny.

- Select the request, review the details, and approve by selecting "Approve".
