Parts Consumption History Report

This report reflects the parts consumed by date across your entire account’s list of assets. The data in this report includes relevant part information such as quantity, cost, and the associated asset for each parts consumption event.
Permissions:
This report is only accessible for accounts that have the Parts license turned ON. Users must have the “Edit Parts Financials” permission set to ON.
Note: Users will only see assets for which they have access to per Data Access Controls.
How to View Report:

- Click "Reports" at the top of the global navigation page.

- Select "Parts" from the dropdown menu.

- Select "Parts Consumption History".
Note: Users can also navigate to this page by selecting "Reports" from the lefthand toolbar. Scroll down to the "Parts" section and click the "eye" icon next to "Parts Consumption History".
Report Overview:
Fleet Number: The fleet number the asset belongs to.
Asset Name: Name of the asset.
Major Category: The category the asset is associated with. Expand the column grouping to see the entire category path.
Quantity: Quantity of parts used for the asset.
Unit Cost: Unit Cost of the Part.
Extended Cost: The price of the unit multiplied by the number of units used for the asset.
Unit of Measure: The unit the part is measured in.
Part Name: Name of the part.
Customer Part Number: The number associated with the part.
Association Date: The date the part became associated with the asset.
Description: Description of the part.
Part Category: The category the part is associated with. Expand the column grouping to see the entire category path.
Cost Type: This is defined by the cost code associated with the labor. This group can be expanded or collapsed to see the cost codes.
Asset Miles at Association: The number of miles on the asset at the time the part was associated with the asset.
Asset Hours at Association: The number of hours on the asset at the time the part was associated with the asset.
Vendor First Name: Name of the part vendor. This group can be expanded or collapsed to display additional information associated with the vendor.
Warrantor First Name: Name of the entity providing the warranty. This group can be be expanded or collapsed to display additional information associated with the warrantor.
