Dispatch Delivery Items by Site Report

This report provides insights into dispatch delivery time volume, the type of activity associated with the event, and associated request information for events that have been completed and are in-progress.
Permissions:
This report is only accessible for accounts that have the Resource Management license turned ON. Users must have the “Dispatch Queue and Events: permission turned ON.
Note: Users will only see assets for which they have access to per Data Access Control (DAC).
How to View Report:

- Click "Reports" at the top of the global navigation page.

- Navigate to the "Dispatch" grouping.
- 3
- Select "Dispatch Delivery Items by Site".
Note: Users can also navigate to this page by selecting “Reports” from the lefthand toolbar. Scroll down to the “Dispatch” tab, and click the “eye” icon next to “Dispatch Delivery Items by Site”.
Report Overview:
Site Name: Name of the site related to the dispatch event.
Site Number: The site number.
Site Org: Organization the site belongs to.
Dispatch Event Title: Title of the dispatch event.
Dispatch Event Status: Status of the dispatch event.
Dispatch Item Completed: Date and time the dispatch was completed.
Event Start Date Time: Date and time the event began.
Event End Date Time: The date and time the event ended.
Dispatch Item Start: The date and time the dispatch began.
Delivery Truck Fleet No: The fleet number the delivery truck belongs to.
Delivery Truck Name: Name of the delivery truck used in the dispatch event..
Delivery Truck Major Category: The category the delivery truck is associated with.
Driver- Contact First Name: First name of the delivery driver.
Driver- Contact Last Name: Last name of the delivery driver.
Itinerary Type: The type can be defined as Start, Item, and Finish.
Itinerary Item Number: The number of stops completed within the itinerary.
No. Items/Tasks: Number of items and tasks within the dispatch.
Delivery Asset- Asset Name: The name of the asset being delivered in the dispatch event.
Delivery Asset- Major Category: The category the asset being delivered belongs to.
Dispatch Item Duration: Measured in hours. Duration of time to complete each itinerary item.
Dispatch Event Duration: Measured in hours. Duration of the dispatch event.
