Inspection Results by Asset Report

This report provides insights into asset inspections- specifically inspection frequency, inspection forms used, and the inspection outcomes.
Permissions:
To access this report, users must have the “View Inspection Reports” permission turned ON.
How to View Report:

- Click "Reports" at the top of the global navigation page.

- Select "Safety & Compliance" from the dropdown menu.

- Select "Inspection Results by Asset".
Note: Users can also navigate to this page by selecting "Reports" from the lefthand toolbar. Scroll down to the "Safety and Compliance" tab, and click the "eye" icon next to "Inspection Results by Asset".
Reports Overview:
Inspection Form: Type of inspection form used.
Frequency: Frequency of inspection.
Submitted Date/Time: Date and time the inspection was submitted.
Inspection Outcome: Whether the inspection was passed or failed.
Proximity Warning: Defined by yes or no.
Fleet No: Fleet number the asset is associated with.
Asset Name: Name of the asset.
Asset- Major Category: Category the asset is associated with.
Driver/Inspector-First Name: First name of the individual performing the inspection.
Driver/Inspector- Last Name: Last name of the individual performing the inspection.
Driver/Inspector Subsidiary: This will name anyone who performs the the inspection that isn't the driver.
Site Name: Name of the site the inspection was conducted at.
Site Number: The site number the inspection was conducted at.
Site Org: The organization associated with the inspection.
Total Scan Time: Total time it takes to scan (in seconds).
Hour Reading: Hour reading per the submitted form.
Odometer Reading: The odometer reading per the submitted form.
