Tenna E-Store Overview
The Tenna E-Store is an online shopping tool for customers to conveniently purchase additional trackers and accessories for their account.
Permission Requirements: All users with an active Tenna account can access the E-Store.
Tenna's E-Store is accessible to Customers with eligible contracts. Certain contract elements or structures may limit access. Please reach out to [email protected] if you are unable to gain access to the E-store at https://store.tenna.com/
Accessing the Tenna E-Store
The Tenna E-Store can be accessed within Tenna online by clicking "E-Store" on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen, within the Tenna App by clicking "E-Store" under the "More" menu, or by going to https://store.tenna.com.
The first time you access the Tenna E-Store, you will be required to register for an account. The name and email used will be validated against the Tenna user database.

- Click "Register".
NOTE: If you have already registered and activated your account, skip these steps and click "Login" at the top of the screen to enter your credentials.

- Enter your email address and click "Check Email".

- Confirm your user details, create a password, and click "Register".
A confirmation email will be sent with a link to activate your account.

- Click on the link in the email to activate your account.
NOTE: This email could take up to 10 minutes to be received.

- Log in to the E-Store using your newly created credentials.
Products
Your Tenna E-Store will display all trackers that have already been contracted in your account as well as your account and contract information. These are the only trackers that will be available to purchase through the E-Store. All cables and accessories will be available for purchase through the E-Store.
NOTE: Trackers that have not already been contracted to your account will be displayed as "Unavailable". If you are interested in purchasing different tracker types, please reach out to your Account Manager.
To purchase items for your account:

- Click on the item you want to add to your cart.
NOTE: If the item you are looking for is not on the homepage, click on "Products" at the top of the screen or scroll down and click on "View All Products" next to Cables, Adapters & Accessories.

- Adjust the quantity as needed and click "Add to Cart".

- Click "Continue shopping" on the top right to add additional items to your cart.
Important! Your eStore session will only stay valid for 2 hours, after which your cart will be emptied.

- Once all items have been added to your cart, click "Proceed to Checkout" at the bottom of the screen.

- Enter the shipping address and optional order notes.
NOTE: If you have already saved your shipping address under My Account, it will auto-populate here. See the My Account section below for more information.

- Scroll down and review your order.

- Review the website Terms and Conditions and click the checkbox to confirm.

- Click "Place Order".
You will receive an order confirmation via email and an invoice will be created for your account.
NOTE: If you have any issues completing your purchase, please reach out to your Account Manager.
My Account
Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen to access the following information or logout of your account.
- Orders: View your recent orders
- Address: Add or edit your shipping address. The address added here will auto-populate upon checkout.
- Account Details: Change your password.

Click "Contact Us" at the top of the page to view Tenna Support's contact information or to send Tenna Support a message.
