Key Enhancements

Reporting Engine

• Column Panel: Group rows and values in new Dropzones help you drill down to detail in our advanced reporting!
  • Available in select reports! (except Fuel Entries by Major Category Monthly and Fuel Cost by Major Category Monthly)

• Pivot Mode: Toggle on or off in the Column Panel to add an additional dropzone: Column Labels.
  • Summarize data in a powerful way! Pivot Mode creates values across the top of the report.
  • Available in select reports! (except Fuel Entries by Major Category Monthly and Fuel Cost by Major Category Monthly)

• Visual Charting: Extremely configurable, visual charting available for all new reports!

• Show or Hide charts on your custom report.
• Select the type of chart, like bar, column, pie, or area charts.
• Define your axis values and select aggregation methods.

• Customize even further with titles, legends, series and axis formatting, labels, navigator, and zoom settings.

Assets Enhancements

• Newly Added Fields for Asset Details: Users may now store the following information for their assets:
  • Warranties: Easily manage all asset warranties and capture their details in one place. Run reports for expired warranties.
  • Registrations: Easily manage all asset registrations and their deadlines. Get notified when registrations are expiring.

• Asset Form Redesign: Asset form has now been redesigned to incorporate collapsible sections and improved user experience.

• Weighted Global Search: optimized search experience for Assets which “weights” search terms so that the most relevant results come up first.
  • For example, if you search 1024 in the Global Search Bar, the first results will be assets with Fleet Nos containing 1024 first, vs. assets with a VIN containing 1024.
• Enhanced Asset Grouping: Can now group assets even if they have different telematics (AEMP vs. Tenna), or different designation (Rental vs. Owned). Group OEM and untracked assets alongside tracked assets, providing a comprehensive view of your entire asset inventory.
• Site No in Assets feature
  • Asset Transfer Modal includes Site No: When transferring an asset, you can now search by Site No.
  • Site No in Asset filters: Ability to filter by Site No in the Assets page.

Resource Management Enhancements

• Copy Info to next Request: Create batch requests easily with option to copy information (like dates, times, location, priority and notes) from previous created request and pre-fill in new requests.

• Assign Labels to Labor Resources for Tracking & Scheduling
  • Assign and unassign multiple labels to Laborers and Crews
  • Filter and search labor resources based on multiple label combinations

Maintenance Enhancements

• Bulk Acknowledge Similar Fault Codes and DTCs: Ability to acknowledge all similar/related fault codes in bulk for the same asset.

• Resolve/Decline/Delete Related Maintenance Requests from Preventative Maintenance Service for the same Asset: Allow users to change the status of multiple Maintenance Requests that were triggered by preventative maintenance services for a specific service in a single action, rather than updating each MR individually. This functionality applies to resolving, declining, or deleting MRs in Pending status.

• Specify existing Vista Cost Code as Repair Cost Code in Maintenance: Allow users to specify an existing cost code as a repair cost code at the MR level.

• PM Service – Maintenance Request Defaults section: Users can now specify default labels, cost codes and priority when creating PM services that get applied to triggered maintenance requests.

Mechanic Time Cards Enhancements

• Improved User Experience: The column headers for the time entries table within the timecard details now stay fixed to the top when you are scrolling vertically.
• Ability to “Mark as Important” Time Types to better manage which Time Types are shown to users when entering their time.
  • Customize Your Time Tracking: Mark important time types to see them broken down individually and delete unnecessary default time types.
  • Simplify Your Time Card View: Group less critical time types into an "Other" category for a cleaner and more focused overview

Safety & Compliance Enhancements

• Delete Inspection Reports: Users with certain permissions can now delete any submitted inspection reports.

Increased Attachment Size

Users can now attached up to 20MB files to Inspections and Maintenance, on the desktop and in the Tenna App, too!

Preventative Maintenance Tab

• Enjoy a new Preventative Maintenance tab, accessible from the More Menu and Asset Details Page in the Tenna App
  • Access Upcoming, Open, and Completed Preventative Maintenance
  • View Preventative Maintenance for all assets via the more menu
  • View Preventative Maintenance for a specific asset via Asset Details
  • Tap on an Upcoming Service to Trigger, Reschedule or Cancel the service
  • Sort by days/hours/miles remaining (Upcoming) and overdue (Open)

Share Directions to Live Asset

• Easily share directions to the latest location of an asset that is running/live.
  • Tap on the Address to copy or open in Google Maps
  • Tap on the Share Icon to share to in a text, email, etc.

Parts Enhancements

• Bulk Action Toolbar available on Tablet: Now accessible on tablets when using accessing the web app via the tablet browser.

• Add and Remove Parts directly to the Asset
  • Add Part: Within Asset Details / Parts, select "Add Part" to directly add a part to the asset
  • Remove Part: Within Asset Part Record, select Remove Part to remove it from the asset
    • You can add or edit the following during removal
      • Removal Date
      • Hours / Miles at Removal
      • Removal Notes

• Fulfill Remaining Part Request and Adjust Part Inventory
  • When you "Fulfill Remaining" on Part Request, you'll now may add inventory for each of the fulfilled parts on the request
  • Each fulfilled part will be prepopulated in sequential inventory transactions with the following from the request:
    • Inventory Location
    • Quantity

• Option to select "Don't Ask Me Again" for the incomplete items alert message when submitting an inspection report.
