How to Approve or Deny a Work Order (App)
An approver is assigned to a work order when it is created. Once a work order has been submitted, the approver will receive a notification that it is ready for approval.
Permission Requirements: Users must be assigned as an approver in the work order to be able to approve or deny it. To be assigned as an approver, the user must be a power user or have the "Edit Work Order", "View Work Order", "Create Work Order" permissions.

- On the dashboard, scroll down to the "Assigned Work Orders" section.

- Click on the work order you want to approve or click "View All" to find and select another work order that is pending approval.

- Review the work order and click "Approve" or "Deny" at the bottom of the screen.

- If you clicked "Deny," provide a reason for the denial and click "Deny" on the bottom of the screen.
This will change the status of the work order back to "In Progress" and send the mechanic a notification.
