New! VISTA Time Card Entry Details Report
Similar to the Time Card Entry Detail report, this new report has additional columns that make it ideal for the time card import/export process into VISTA.
Note: In the report, you will see WO Vista ID and MR Vista ID columns formatted XXXX/X/X. This correlates to WO or MR Number/Company Number/Vista Line Item Number.
Key Enhancements
Sites
Notes Field Added to Site Details
Store important information related to the Site in the newly added Notes section.
Why It Matters: The options are endless! But here are a few ideas on how to use the Notes section:
- Gate or alarm codes
- Special access instructions
- On-Site hazards or safety protocols
Note: Max of 500 characters.
Resource Management
General Requests Update
Users can now make General Asset Requests by Major Category and General Labor Requests by Labor Resource Type.
Requestors can leverage notes to specify desired unit type. Approvers can select all units that match the requestor’s criteria.
Why It Matters: Great use case for new users who aren’t familiar with the category structure.
Permissions & Notifications
Re-Designed Permissions Page
A newly designed user interface for a better experience! Check out the new features:
- Expand/collapse sections
- New Off/On/Edit toggles are color-coded to quickly identify configurations
- Related permissions tags identify other permissions that are related and necessary to enable the same actions
- Tool Tips to better explain what each permission controls
Re-Designed Notifications Page
A newly designed user interface for a better experience! Check out the new features:

New! Permission Code
“View All Reports and Scheduled Distributions” Permission Code assists to further protect your data.
Why It Matters:
- Controls access to pages and global navigation
- Keeps users focused on their appropriate areas
Note: Users can still receive reports with permissions set to off.

Maintenance
Edit Maintenance Request in the Tenna App!
Users can now edit a Maintenance Request from the field in the Tenna App. The “Edit” action has been added to the “Manage” menu. Edit the title, default cost codes, descriptions, assigned mechanics, and more!

More Inventory Part Actions
Users may now take more actions directly from Inventory Part Actions in the Tenna App. Easily add to asset, add to work order, and request part from the Inventory Part Details page.
Scorecard
Scorecard Attachments
Users can now upload and view attachments on the Scorecard Details page in the Tenna App. Upload and view photos, audio files, and documents.
Resource Management
Full Category Path for Dispatch Delivery
At the itinerary item for the delivery, the full category path of the delivery assets will be displayed.
Map
New Map View Settings for Customization
Additional settings were added to the Map View to even further customize your view.
- Title Display Length (Full vs Truncated)
- Allows the ability to display the full name of items on the map
- Asset Name (Show / Hide)
- Site No. (Show / Hide)
- Site Name (Show / Hide)
