New! Asset IFTA Activity Detail Report

Why This Matters:

• Designed for Fuel Tax reporting

New WEX Fuel Integration

Tenna now supports a WEX Fuel Card Integration! Automatically create Fuel Entries in Tenna from WEX transactions.

Why This Matters:

• Capture Total Fuel Cost from your WEX Fuel Card purchases
• Get reports on suspicious fuel transactions
• See the full picture for your fuel spend across asset classes

Important! There are prerequisites that are necessary to be a candidate for this integration:

• WEX data extracted to file matching WEXLink Billing 2000 specification
• Credit card information must be overwritten and made invalid
• File is sent to our SFTP server for automatic processing on weekly basis

All Fuel Entries Page

• New Consolidated View of All Fuel Entries for All Assets​
• Access new page from link on​
  • Asset detail > Fuel > Fuel Entry​
  • Settings > Integrations > Industry Resources > WEX​
• Grid displays fuel entries for all assets, from all sources, namely:​
  • Tenna App
  • WEX integration​
• Visual indicator for suspicious activity​
• Asset fuel tank size exceeded​
• Bulk actions available if WEX transaction data does not automatically map based on Fleet No, Employee ID, or Site ID.​
• Option to Delete fuel entry records for users with permission.​
• Option to Edit fuel entry records created in Tenna mobile app for users with permission.​
• Option to view raw payload received from WEX.

Parts

Parts Request Quantitative Breakdown

• Users can see breakdown of Requested Quantity, Fulfilled Quantity, and Inventoried Quantity
  • Requested Qty: amount originally requested
  • Fulfilled Qty: amount received
  • Inventoried Qty: amount of fulfilled that is also added or transferred into inventory
• 📱 In the Tenna App, too!
• Why This Matters:
  • Provides visibility into what’s in stock, what’s fulfilled, and what’s pending.
  • Helps managers understand inventory levels as requests come from the field.

Integrations

Procore Equipment Integration

• We have expanded our integration to include Procore’s new equipment module!
• Capabilities:
  • Automatically seeds Procore with the full asset list from Tenna
  • Pushes utilization data (hours, miles) into Procore
  • Note: Equipment is in BETA in Procore
• Why This Matters:
  • Enhances existing Procore integration (daily log).
  • Now allows direct creation of equipment in Procore from Tenna.

We are excited to launch our first version* of TennaU Learning Management System (LMS)! Check out the TennaU button in the left nav and App More menu for our expertly curated learning courses to train your employees on Tenna.

Mobile Enhancements

Sites

• Sort your Site List by Site Number: On the site list filter panel, the following sorting options have been added
  • Site No. (Asc. 0-9)
  • Site No. (Desc. 9-0)
  • Site No. (Asc. 0, 1, 100, 2)
  • Site No. (Desc. 2, 100, 1, 0)

Maintenance

• Newly Designed Maintenance Request Card
  • An updated Maintenance Request card now displays the image of the asset assigned to the Maintenance Request
  • The status color is also included, for easier, and quicker recognition.

• Acknowledge any Maintenance Request with any Status
  • Enhancement to match functionality in Tenna desktop platform.
  • To acknowledge, tap on the "Manage" action button, and select "Acknowledge from the action list.

Inspections

• View Inspection Report after Fixing Failed Item: Get direct access to the original Inspection Report after "Fixing" the item through a Maintenance Request
  • When you "Fix" a failed check item after Resolving the Maintenance Request, you'll get direct access to the inspection report.
  • When you fix the item, a success message will be displayed. Tapping the "View" action on the message will navigate directly to the inspection report associated with the check item.

• Enhanced Inspection Details Status Banner: Informs who and what actions are needed.
  • The status banner on Inspection Reports now includes details on the mechanic resubmission and driver recertification process
  • When there are one or more failed items awaiting mechanic "FIX" and the report needs resubmission with mechanic signature, the banner will display:
    • "Mechanic Resubmission & Signature Required"
  • When there are one or more FIXED items awaiting 2nd driver recertification & signature, the banner will display:
    • "Driver Recertification & Signature Required"

• Wrap Text for Inspection Check Items: Users can now see two lines of text for longer check item titles

Asset Details

• Asset Details General Tab now includes Asset Dimensions, Warranties, and Registrations
  • Go to the "General" tab of Asset Details, scroll down to find the "Dimensions" section.
  • Quickly review relevant information like status, expiration, and miles / days remaining are displayed.
  • Tap on a registration or a warranty to get more information and view any attachments

Dispatch Event Details

• Enhanced with a darker font for finer, smaller details in the page to make it easier to see in the field

Parts

• New "Adjust Part Inventory" actions allows access to Parts Inventory updated by the request.
  • For itemized Part Requests that are Fulfilled, you now have the ability "Adjust Part Inventory" from the request.
  • When selected, you have the option to "Add" parts directly to a location OR "Transfer" the parts from one location to another.
  • Why This Matters:
    • Supports one-flow process from the app (request → update inventory).
