New Products

Dispatch Command Center BETA

Introducing Dispatch Command Center BETA, a single hub with access to requests, resources, dispatches, and sites.

  • Master View: Manage requests, resources, and sites.​
  • Dispatch Management: Oversee requests, resources, and dispatch events in real-time.​
  • Transfers: Move offline assets, laborers, and crews with ease.

Resource Availability

Leverage schedule data to ​quickly find available resources​

  • Configurable settings​
  • Works for Assets, Crews, and Laborers​
  • Schedule Entry Types​:
    • Scheduled Request (Non-configurable)​
    • Pending Request (Configurable)​
    • Dispatch (Configurable)​
    • Maintenance (Configurable)​
  • Availability is measured Daily. Partial Day Entries affect the entire day.

Dispatch Command Center requires the Resource Management license and accounts must request BETA access. Reach out to your Tenna Rep for a demo or to have BETA access enabled.

Configurable Utilization

With this new feature, users can create account-wide utilization rules that can be associated to an asset's category levels.

Logic Selections

  • Time-Based Majority: Runtime allocated to site where asset spent majority of 24-hour shift
    • Example Use Case: Supervisor Trucks
  • Time-Based Split: Runtime split proportionally across sites based on geofence entry/exit times
    • Example Use Case: Metered assets without hour meter tracking
  • Usage-Based: Runtime based on hour meter changes within site geofence
    • Example Use Case: Support or Production Equipment
  • Usage-Based Ignore Idle: Runtime based on active hours only, excluding idle time
    • Example Use Case: Production Equipment with unique scenarios
  • Users can also select None to not have utilization tracked for an asset category type.

Establish Utilization Rules

  • Define the Logic Selection
  • Define Work Hours per Day
  • Select Rules at the Category Level
  • Site Overrides in Create/Edit Site page

For example, one rule could be created for production equipment (like Articulated Haul Trucks) with 8 Work Hours per Day and another rule for support equipment (like Erosion Control Water Trucks) with 4 Work Hours per Day.

Machines with different applications may be expected to work different durations in a day.

New Reports

New reports for users to gain insights into Utilization Rules and Site Overrides that might be in place.

Key Enhancements

Safety & Compliance

  • Minimum Trip Duration before Triggering Missed Inspection
    • Asset must record a trip for at least 5 minutes before a missed inspection is flagged
    • Reduces Noise: Brief movements like repositioning, yard moves or quick engine checks no longer trigger false alerts

Tenna App

  • Resource Availability added to Request Approvals

    • Users can now fulfill requests using Assets and Laborers that are available for the selected dates.
    • When choosing resources to fulfill a request, select the "Show Available Resources only" checkbox to only display resources that are not scheduled for other events.
    • Your availability logic that can be managed in your Account Configurations

Note: The availability filter can only be applied when the requested dates are in the future, it cannot be applied to requested dates in the past.

Updated Time Entry Alerts

  • Users will now be informed when Time Entries cannot be submitted to Time Cards due to its state.
  • When attempting to submit a Time Entry, you'll be informed of the state of the Time Card if the Time Entry cannot be added.
  • This occurs when the Time Card is locked, processed, or approved.

Edit Open Preventative Maintenance

  • In the Open tab of Preventative Maintenance, "Edit" has been added to the action menu.
  • Selection navigates to Edit Maintenance Request, where you can update the request type, assign mechanics, modify the title, and more.
  • Requires "Edit Maintenance Request" permission.
