Maintenance Enhancements

✅ Released April 10, 2026

Reduces operational friction for customers managing large fleets and multi-service PM packages.

Users can now apply Trigger, Reschedule, or Cancel actions to multiple services within the same PM Service Package.
After performing an action on an upcoming PM service that belongs to a package, a follow-up modal allows users to apply the same action to selected sibling services.

✅ Released April 17, 2026

The Tenna Mobile App is now available in Spanish! App users can now select their preferred language in the Tenna App.

What to expect when you update the Tenna App:

A new welcome screen will alert all app users of the new Spanish translation available.
Mobile devices with language settings already in Spanish will automatically swap to the Spanish Tenna App upon update.

Progress will be saved in all inspection forms, even if you go offline or back online mid-inspection.

Inspections exited while in Offline Mode will now be accessible when using your device online – same case for exited inspections online.
To access an "In Progress" inspection, start an inspection as you would normally. Before you enter, you'll have the opportunity to resume, as shown in the example.

The progress indicator and the percentage for Preventative Maintenance services added into the Tenna App.

Upcoming Services will display the % Remaining or % Complete based on your preference – use the settings to adjust.
Open Services will display the % Overdue.
