How to Create a Learning Plan in TennaU (TennaU Power Users)

A Learning Plan is a curated series of courses organized to guide learners through training on Tenna's products and features. Learning Plans are role-based by default, but can be fully customized, allowing you to build a targeted training path tailored to a specific user's needs, workflow, or product usage.

Permission Requirements: Users must be set as a Power User in TennaU to access this feature. Contact your Account Manager to have this feature enabled.

How to Create a Learning Plan

Click the "Content and Delivery Menu" (folder icon) in the lefthand menu, then click "Learning Plans".

Click the "Now/assign" button in the upper right corner of the screen, then click "New Learning Plan".

Enter the Code, Title, and Description for the Learning Plan. Then click "Create and Edit".

Click the "Courses" tab, then click "Assign Courses".

Once you have selected the courses needed in your learning plan, click "Save Changes" on the bottom right of the page.

Your Learning Plan is now ready to assign to users.
