OEM Integration: Komatsu Komtrax
Tenna Integration instructions for Komatsu Komtrax.
NOTE: There are two active Komtrax websites.
- Use this website: https://kba.komatsu.co.jp/kac/c/fm/login.html
- This older format website is not supported by Tenna: https://www.mykomtrax.com
💥Integrations is a premium product and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.
Requesting ISO API Credentials
- 1
- Identify the Komtrax administrator on your account.
- 2
- Have your Komtrax Admin send the following email to your Komtrax Distributor, specifically the Training Specialist (if you have a relationship with one).
Email Template
“Hello,
We are looking to get ISO API credentials and access. Can you please create an ISO URL, username/account and password so that we can access the telematics data for our machines.
Thank you,
[Your full name]”
- 3
- Your Komtrax Distributor should then send an email directly to Komatsu on your behalf requesting ISO API Log-in credentials.
- 4
- You should receive an email back from your distributor with your ISO API credentials.
It should include the following:
URL to get access TOKEN | https://komtraxisoapi.azure-api.net/provider/token |
URL | https://komtraxisoapi.azure-api.net/provider/v1/XXXXX/Fleet/1 |
Customer Number | XXXXX_xxxx/ _X |
Account | XXXXX |
Password | XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX |
- 5
- If your Komtrax Distributor is unable to assist with obtaining the AEMP API credentials, send the same email to [email protected].
This is the general support email for Komtrax. They will route it to their API team, but it may take a few days.
Enabling the Integration within Tenna

If you are unsure who is a Power User in your organization please contact Tenna Customer Success at 888.836.6269. - 1
- Click "Settings" on the top right.
- 2
- Click on the "Integrations" tab.
- 3
- Select "OEM" from the Integrations landing page.
- 4
- Enter the ISO API credentials provided by Komtrax and click "Sync".
NOTE: Your account can be found within the URL you received: https://komtraxisoapi.azure-api.net/provider/v1/XXXXX/Fleet/1
- 5
- If this is your first integration setup, a disclaimer acceptance window will pop up. Please review and click "Accept".
NOTE: After a Power User accepts this on the company's behalf, the disclaimer will not be displayed again.
- 6
- If the integration connects successfully, "Connection Online" will be shown on the screen.
- 7
- Next, you will need to manually sync the OEM's asset to a Tenna Asset by selecting "Fix Issues".
- 8
- Selecting the "Manage" button will allow you to view all synced assets and remove an asset's association to the OEM.
