Requesting ISO API Credentials
Step 1. Identify the Komtrax administrator on your account.
Step 2. Have your Komtrax Admin send an email.
Send the following email to your Komtrax Distributor, specifically the Training Specialist (if you have a relationship with one).
“Hello,
We are looking to get ISO API credentials and access. Can you please create an ISO URL, username/account and password so that we can access the telematics data for our machines.
Thank you,
[Your full name]”
Step 3. Your Komtrax Distributor should then send an email directly to Komatsu on your behalf requesting ISO API Log-in credentials.
Step 4. You should receive an email back from your distributor with your ISO API credentials.
It should include the following:
- URL to get access TOKEN: https://komtraxisoapi.azure-api.net/provider/token
- URL: https://komtraxisoapi.azure-api.net/provider/v1/XXXXX/Fleet/1
- Customer Number: XXXXX_xxxx/ _X
- Account: XXXXX
- Password: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Step 5. If your Komtrax Distributor is unable to assist with obtaining the AEMP API credentials.
You can send the same email to [email protected]. This is the general support email for Komtrax. They will route it to their API team, but it may take a few days.
