Enabling the Integration within Tenna

NOTE: You must have a Power User identified and set up with a Tenna account to complete the following. If you are unsure who is a Power User in your organization please contact Tenna Customer Success at 888.836.6269. To add a new Power User or modify an existing user, see How to Create Users and Contacts (Desktop).

1

Click on "Settings" on the top right.

2

Click on the "Integrations" tab.

3

Select "OEM" from the Integrations landing page.

4

Click "Login" under John Deere.

5

The John Deere login screen will appear. Enter your JD Link username and password.

Pro Tip! Make sure your browser does not block pop-up windows.

6

Go to connections.deere.com.

You should be automatically logged in but, if not, please enter your credentials again to log in.

7

Search for the "Tenna AEMP" application and authorize Tenna there.

Ensure you select the correct organization(s) by clicking "Select Organizations".

NOTE: If the Tenna AEMP does not have the connect button visible, go to teammanager.deere.com and edit the user whose credentials are used in Organization Management.

Important! Users can be part of multiple organizations.  If you are intending to integrate JDLink data from multiple organizations within your company, please ensure that the user credentials being entered in Tenna has access to all organizations in your JDLink Company.

8

If this is your first integration setup, a disclaimer acceptance window will pop up. Please review and click "Accept".

NOTE: After a Power User accepts this on the company's behalf, the disclaimer will not be displayed again.

9

If the integration connects successfully, "Connection Online" will be shown on the screen.

Important! This may take up to 2-3 hours to fully sync and may show ā€œConnection Errorā€ during that period. Please wait several hours and recheck if you see this error. DO NOT attempt to log in again.

10

You may need to manually sync the OEM's asset to a Tenna asset by selecting "Asset Mapping".

This would be the case if the JD ID does not match the Tenna PIN for the asset.

11

Selecting the "Manage" button will allow you to view all synced assets and remove an asset's association to the OEM, if desired.

NOTE: For questions, reach out to the Tenna Integrations Department integrations@tenna.com.
