How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password) (App)

You are able to reset your password in the event you forget it and cannot log in to Tenna or if you want to change your password for security reasons.

Permission Requirements: All users with confirmed login credentials can reset their password. 

NOTE: If your company is using a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider with Tenna, then your password is managed through your company, not Tenna. If you are not sure if your company is using Single Sign-On, contact your system administrator or your Tenna customer success representative. 

NOTE: If you are trying to reset your password in Tenna on your desktop, please see How to Reset your Password (Forgot Password) (Desktop).

Open the Tenna App and click "Reset Password?".

Enter the email or phone number associated with your Tenna account.

Click "Reset Password".

An email or text will be sent to you with a Verification code (depending on whether you use an email or phone number to log in).

Enter a new password.

NOTE: Your password must:

  • be longer than 8 characters
  • be shorter than 255 characters
  • have at least one uppercase letter
  • have at least one lowercase letter
  • have at least one number
  • have at least one special character

Enter the code in the "Verification Code" field.

Click "Submit".

You will be prompted to log back in with your new password.
