How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password) (App)
What: You are able to reset your password in the event you forget it and cannot log in to Tenna or if you want to change your password for security reasons.
Who: All users with confirmed login credentials can reset their password.
NOTE:
If you are trying to reset your password in Tenna on your desktop, please see How to Reset your Password (Forgot Password) (Desktop).

Open the Tenna App and select "Reset Password?"

Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Tenna account.

Receive your verification code.
An email or text will be sent to you with a Verification code (depending on whether you use an email or phone number to log in). Please use this code to reset your password.

Select the "Go To Tenna" button in the verification email or text to navigate to the Reset Password screen.

Create a new password following the requirements and submit the verification code.
Make sure your new password satisfies the following parameters:
- Must include a minimum of 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Max length of 255 characters
Press "Submit".
You will be prompted to log back in with your new password.
