How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password) (Desktop)
You are able to reset your password in the event you forget it and cannot log in to Tenna or if you want to change your password for security reasons.
Permission Requirements: All users with confirmed login credentials can reset their password.
NOTE: If your company is using a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider with Tenna, then your password is managed through your company, not Tenna. If you are not sure if your company is using Single Sign-On, contact your system administrator or your Tenna customer success representative.
NOTE: If you are trying to reset your password on the Tenna App, please see How to Reset your Password (Forgot Password) (App).

- Enter the email or phone number associated with your Tenna account.

- Click "Continue".

- Click "Reset Password".

- Enter the email or phone number where you would like to receive the code to reset your password.

- Click "Reset Password".

- Enter the code received via email or text.
NOTE: If you did not receive the code, click "Resend code".

- Enter a new password.
NOTE: Your password must:
- be longer than 8 characters
- be shorter than 255 characters
- have at least one uppercase letter
- have at least one lowercase letter
- have at least one number
- have at least one special character

- Click "Reset Password".
