How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password) (Desktop)
NOTE:
If your company is using a single sign-on (SSO) provider with Tenna, then your password is managed through your company, not Tenna. If you are not sure if your company is using single sign-on, contact your system administrator or your Tenna customer success representative.
NOTE:

Submit the email or phone number associated with your Tenna account.

Select Continue.

Select "Reset Password".

Submit the email or phone number where you would like to receive the code to reset your password.

Submit the Code you received via email or text.
NOTE: If you did not receive the code, select "Resend code".

After submitting the code, enter a new password.
NOTE:
Your password must be longer than 8 characters.
Your password must have at least one uppercase character.
Your password must have at least one number.
Your password must have at least one special character.

Select "Reset Password".
