How to Login to Tenna (Desktop)

What: You will need a login email and password to enter Tenna. Your unique login information identifies you as a user and ensures that you are directed to your company's account and related information.

Who: All users require a username and password to access their account.

Enter the URL for the Tenna platform into your browser: app.Tenna.com.

Type in your username provded by your Power User.

Your username may be an email address or, in some cases, your phone number.

Select "Continue".

If your company has enabled SSO, you will be navigated to your company-specific SSO verification page after selecting "Continue".  After verifying, you'll return logged into your Tenna account.

Type in your password.

If your company's Tenna account does not use single sign-on, then your password may have been created when you accepted your initial invite to Tenna or you may have updated it on your profile. You can also reset it using the Forgot Password link. 

Common Login Errors

The following errors are for Tenna-managed user accounts. For any issue with single sign-on, please contact your company's IT department or systems administrator.

Wrong Username

  1. Upon entering your email address and password, you will see a message reading "invalid credentials" and whether the username (email address) or the password is incorrect.
  2. Double check that you have entered the correct email.
  3. If you ass another message reading "incorrect username," contact your supervisor or Power User to be added as a user.

Wrong Password

  1. Upon entering your email address and password, you will see a message reading "invalid credentials" and whether the username (email address) or the password is incorrect.
  2. If the password is wrong, the message will indicate: "The password you entered for the username [email protected] is incorrect".
  3. In this case, check to assure you are entering the correct password.
  4. An invalid credentials message will come up again as long as the password is not correct.
  5. If you continue to be unsuccessful and would like to resent the password, click on the "Forgot Password?" button above the Login button. An email will be sent to your email address to reset your password. See How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password) (Desktop) for additional details.
