How to Login to Tenna (App)
Once you have downloaded the Tenna App, it is time to login. This article will show you how to login with your email or phone number and password, or by enabling Face ID.
If you do not have a Tenna account, please contact your company Power User/Admin.
Permission Requirements: Any user with a Tenna account.
NOTE: If you are trying to login to Tenna on your desktop, please see How to Login to Tenna (Desktop).

- Open the Tenna app on your mobile phone or tablet.
If you have not downloaded the Tenna app on your mobile device, view How to Download the Tenna App.

- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your Tenna account.

- Click "Continue".
NOTE: If your company has enabled SSO, you will be navigated to your company-specific SSO verification page after clicking "Continue". After verifying, you'll return logged into your Tenna account.

- Enter your password.
If you do not know your password, see How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password) (App).
If you do not wish to enable Face ID, select the orange "Log In" button and skip to Step 6.
NOTE: Touch/Face ID and Fingerprint login is not available for users with company-enabled SSO.

- For easier secure login to the Tenna App, select "Enable Face ID Login".
Follow the prompts to allow Tenna to use Face ID.
NOTE: You must have Face ID already enabled on your iPhone or Android device. Instructions for enabling this feature depend on your device. Visit the Apple or Android support pages for more details.

- Enter the code sent to your mobile phone to surpass the two-factor authentication prompt.

- Click "Submit".
You should now be logged in to the Tenna App.
