How to Edit Your Profile (Desktop)

What: The user profile include the following functions:

  • User Info
  • Password
  • Preferences
  • Assigned
  • Schedule (if Premium Feature: Schedule is purchased)

Who: Every user has a profile. 

NOTE:

If you are trying to edit your profile in the Tenna App, see How to Edit Your Profile (App).

Important! Access to editing the features of your Profile are based on your company's configured Permissions and Data Access Control. Contact your company's Power User if you have questions about your access.

To access your User Profile, select the circle icon with your picture or initials in the upper left corner.   

User Info

The User Info header includes the same information for all Users (as long as that information has been filled). These fields include name, job title, department, company, permission group, contact information, time zone, employee ID, etc.

Preferences

The Preferences tab allows you to adjust your Notification Preferences for messages you have permission to receive.


You can turn them on or off, adjust the delivery method (email, push notification or message board) or change your frequency (Immediate, Morning, Afternoon, Evening). See How to Update Your Notifications Preferences (Desktop) for additional details. 

Password

The "Password" tab is the default page. From here, you can change your password. 

Assigned

The assigned tab shows a list of assets that are currently assigned to you. You can perform all necessary actions for those assets from this page, like Create, Re-Assign, Re-Categorize, Transfer, Status, Group, or Delete.  You can also toggle between List View, Grid View, Group View, and Map View.  Select the Sort drop down to sort the list.  Select the Filter icon on the right side of the page to Filter your list of assigned assets. 

Schedule

The Schedule tab shows Schedule events for assets assigned to you.  You will see the Site, Requested Events, Reserved Events, Maintenance Events, and Dispatch Events from this page.
