Profile Overview (Desktop)

A user's profile displays user-specific information and preferences.

Permission Requirements: Every user has a profile.

NOTE: If you are trying to edit your profile in the Tenna App, see How to Edit Your Profile (App).

Important! Access to editing the features of a user's profile is based on your company's configured Permissions and Data Access Control. Contact your company's Power User if you have questions about your access.

To access your user profile, click the circle icon with your picture or initials on the top of the navigation bar on the left .

A user's profile contains the following:

User Information

The header in a user's profile includes the user's name, job title, department, company, permission group, contact information, time zone, employee ID, etc.

To add or edit information:

Click "Edit User" on the top left side of the screen.

Edit the information as needed.

Scroll to the bottom and click "Update User" on the bottom right.

General Information

The "General Information" tab displays the user's certification and time cards information.

Preferences

The "Preferences" tab allows the user to adjust their Notification Preferences for messages you have permission to receive.

From this page, the user can turn notifications on or off, adjust the delivery method (email, push notification or message board) or change the frequency (Immediate, Morning, Afternoon, Evening).

Password

The "Password" tab is where the user can change their password.

Assigned

The "Assigned" tab shows a list of assets that are currently assigned to the user.

Actions can be made for those assets from this page, including Create, Re-Assign, Re-Categorize, Transfer, Status, Group, or Delete. 

NOTE: Available actions depend on the permissions the user has.

Schedule

đŸ’¥Schedule is part of a premium product, Resource Management, and requires a separate license. Please contact your Account Manager for more information on premium product licenses or reach out to Customer Support at [email protected] or call 888.836.6269.

The "Schedule" tab shows schedule events for assets assigned to the user.  The user will see the Site, Requested Events, Reserved Events, Maintenance Events, and Dispatch Events from this page.
