How to Change Your Password (Desktop)

NOTE: If your company is using a single sign-on (SSO) provider with Tenna, then your password is managed through your company, not Tenna. If you are not sure if your company is using single sign-on, contact your system administrator or your Tenna customer success representative.

Important! Tenna does not recommend sharing your password with anyone. If you have shared a login with another person, we recommend that the person is created as a user and that you change your password to restrict access from other users.

Login to Tenna on your desktop or laptop computer.

Select the orange circle with your initials in the top left (or avatar/profile picture if enabled)

Select the Password tab.

In the Change your Password window, submit a new password.

NOTE:

Your password must:

  • be longer than 8 characters
  • have at least one uppercase character.
  • have at least one number
  • have at least one special character

Select Update Password.
