How to Change Your Password (Desktop)

NOTE: If your company is using a Single Sign-On (SSO) provider with Tenna, then your password is managed through your company, not Tenna. If you are not sure if your company is using Single Sign-On, contact your system administrator or your Tenna Customer Success representative.

Important! Tenna does not recommend sharing your password with anyone. If you have shared a login with another person, we recommend that the person is created as a user and that you change your password to restrict access from other users.

Log in to Tenna on your desktop.

NOTE: Your password can only be changed on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.

Click the orange circle with your initials (or profile picture, if enabled) on the left side navigation bar.

Select the "Password" tab.

Enter a new password in the "Change your password" fields.

NOTE: Your password must:

  • be longer than 8 characters
  • be shorter than 255 characters
  • have at least one uppercase letter
  • have at least one lowercase letter
  • have at least one number
  • have at least one special character

Click "Update Password".
