How to Add or Subtract Consumable Quantities (Desktop)
What: How to Add or Subtract Consumable Quantities
Who: All users can add or subtract consumable quantities
NOTE:
If you are trying to add or subtract consumable quantities in the Tenna App, see How to Add or Subtract Consumable Quantities (App).
Step 1. Select Assets on the left side navigation bar.
Step 2. Find the consumable asset that you want to adjust from the asset list.
You can find the asset by searching for its name, or filtering the asset list by category type: Consumable
Step 3. Select the asset using the eye icon on the far right end of the row.
Step 4. Select the Quantity tab on the Asset Details screen.
Step 5. Click "Update Quantity" on the right side of the page.
To subtract: Switch the toggle to the left. This is the default option.
Type a number into the text field, or press the plus or minus buttons to the left and right side of the text field to adjust the quantity.
The new quantity will appear in the text field.
Step 8. Select the Site the quantities are being taken from or added to from the From* drop down list.
