How to Add or Subtract Consumable Quantities (Desktop)
Quantities of consumable assets in Tenna are managed manually. This article shows how to add or subtract from the current total quantity for the consumable asset in Tenna.
This can also be done in the Tenna App.
Permission Requirements: All users can add or subtract consumable quantities.
Note: Data Access Control applies to Assets.

- Search for the Asset in the Global Search Bar, or select Assets on the left side navigation bar.
Select the "eye" icon next to the Consumable asset to open the Asset Details page.

- Click on the Quantity tab.

- Click Update Quantity.

- Click the toggle to select Subtract or Add.
- 5
- Enter a number to add or subtract from the quantity.

- Select the Site to subtract from or add to.
- 7
- Select Update.
