Trip Finder Overview
Trip Finder can be used to find a specific asset with partial trip data, so you can identify which asset may have been in a particular location at a particular time.
Permission Requirements: Any user with the "Map View" permission can view and use the Trip Finder function.

- Select "Maps" from the navigation bar on the left.

- Select the "Trip Finder" tile.

- Enter the nearest known address of the trip you are trying to find into the search field at the top of the screen.
Once you select an address, a pin drop will appear on the map.

- Click on the pin to set the date and time parameters and set an automatic 1/4-mile radius around the pin.

- Click "Search".
NOTE: The timeframe of the search is 1 hour by default and cannot be expanded or reduced.
The default radius is 1/4 mile around the location and cannot be expanded or reduced.
Any vehicles that passed through that radius during the set timeframe will appear listed on the left-hand side of the map.

- Click on the trip details to view the trip on the Trip Finder map.

- Click the "eye" icon to the right of the desired trip to view the trip from the asset details page.
