Master Map Overview
What: Use the Master Map to view/locate all assets, sites, and geofences all in one master map.
Who: Anyone with the Map View permission can view the Master Map.

Navigating to the Master Map

- Select "Maps" from the left-land navigation.

- Select the "Master Map" tile.
Enjoy an overview of all your assets and sites.
Searching for Sites and Assets
- 1
- Select "Assets" or "Address" from the dropdown menu next to the search bar.
- Search Address: This will allow you to easily find your sites and their respective boundaries as well as any associated zones and fences.
- Search Assets: This will allow you to easily locate a specific asset by referencing the asset's unique fleet number.

- Use the search field to enter the search criteria.
The smart search will display results related to your search query.

- Hover over the asset or site icon for more information.
Sites
Hovering over the site icon will display basic site details.
By selecting the ellipsis menu, you can select "View Site" to navigate to the Site Details page or select "Get Directions" to get directions to the site through Google Maps.
Select the copy icon next to the address to copy the address to your clipboard.
Assets
Hovering over the asset icon will display basic asset details.
To navigate to the Asset Details page, select the eye icon in the details box.
If the asset is not live, the ellipsis menu will appear and the "Get Directions" option will also be available.
NOTE:
A green icon indicates that the asset is running. The compass arrow points to the direction the asset is heading.
Filter for Sites and Assets

- Select the filter icon on the right side of the screen or select "Show Filters" at the top to open the filter tab.

- Select the categories you wish to filter by.
Use the dropdown arrows to navigate to more specific search criteria as needed.

- Select "Apply Filters".
Once all filter categories have been selected, select "Apply Filters" and the filters selected will automatically apply to the map.
To remove filters, click the filter icon again, select "Clear All" at the bottom.
Personalize Your View
There are many ways to personalize your view of the Master Map.
Map View vs. Satellite View
Choose between Map View and Satellite View by selecting the corresponding button on the top left.
Satellite View
In Satellite View, street labels can be turned on or off by selecting/deselecting the "Labels" box.
Map View
In Map View, the typographical terrain view can be turned on or off by selecting/deselecting the "Terrain" box.
See All Assets and Projects in One View
Select "See All" on the top right to view all assets and projects at once.
Use Enhanced Settings to Customize the View

- Press the gear icon on the right side of the screen to open the settings tab.

- Slide the toggle "on" or "off" to view (or not view) specific information.
NOTE:
Sliding the toggle to the right will turn that option on. The toggle will highlight in orange, indicating that it is viewable on the map.
Customize Major Category Map Icons
Major Category map icons can be customized using Tenna's icon database, allowing you to choose how your assets are represented on the map.
