How to View Tracker Insights (Desktop)
What: How to access Tracker Insights, like Asset Battery Voltage, Tracker Battery Voltage, Cellular Signal Strength, GPS Fix Quality, GPS HDOP, Ignition Wiring, and GPS Number of Satellites in View.

Tracker Insights from Trackers feature

Select Trackers on the left side navigation bar.

Select the Tracker Status tab on the right side of your screen.

This is a list of all of your trackers.
To narrow down the list, or search for something in particular, use the Search in Grid field or select the Filter icon on the right side of your screen.

To see the Tracker Insights for a specific asset in the Tracker Status grid, select the > next to the "Tracker Health" column to expland the following insights:
- Tracker Battery Voltage (V)
- Cellular Signal Strength (dBm)
- GPS Fix Quality
- GPS HDOP
- GPS NumSV
- Ignition Wiring
- Date/Time Tracker Unplugged (if applicable)
To see Asset Battery Voltage, scroll to the Asset Details column and select the > icon to expand Asset Details.
Scroll over to find the Asset Battery Voltage (V) column.
Tracker Insights from Asset Details
Viewing Tracker Insights from the Asset Details page will give you insights specific to the last Cycle, Trip, or Location History update.
TennaFLEET Trackers

Select "Assets" on the left hand navigation. Find an asset with a TennaFLEET tracker and select the "eye" icon.

In Asset Details, select the "Trips" tile.

From Map View, click on the specific Trip from the Trip History table on the left side of the map.

Select the Tracker Insights icon at the top of the map to display insights for that specific trip.

To view from Grid View, select Grid View in the view dropdown on the right side of the screen.
Select the eye icon in the “Actions” column to view a specific Cycle

Select the Tracker Insights icon at the top of the map to display insights for that specific trip.
TennaMINI Plug-In Trackers

Select "Assets" on the left hand navigation. Find an asset with a TennaMINI Plug-In tracker and select the "eye" icon.

From Grid View, click the "eye" icon in the Actions column.

Select the Tracker Insights icon at the top of the map to display insights for that specific trip.
TennaMINI Solar and TennaMINI Battery Trackers

Select "Assets" on the left hand navigation. Find an asset with a TennaMINI Solar or TennaMINI Battery tracker and select the "eye" icon.

Select the Location History tab.
You can select a different Location History in the list on the left side.

Select the Tracker Insights icon in Map View.
