Which assets can have their Current Hours manually updated?
Any asset with Hours tracking enabled can manually update Current Hours. A user might update their Current Hours during:
- Tracker Installation
- Tracker Verification
- A user has elected to Ignore ECU Hours due to a discrepancy
- OR the equipment’s ECU does not report hour values to the tracker (due to unique make/model or older year). You can view the status of ECU Hour Data Provided in Asset Details.
See Current Hours and Idle Hours Overview and FAQ for more information.
NOTE: TennaFLEET II, TennaCAM 2.0, and TennaCANbus are the only trackers that support ECU reporting.
