How to Search, View and Filter Assets (App)

To get to the search screen, select the search icon on the bottom of the screen.

Global Search

Click on the search bar at the top of the screen.

Start typing the fleet number, name, or keywords to find a specific asset. The results will auto-populate as you type.

NOTE:

The Global Search screen will display recent searches. Tap on "Clear All" to clear the entire search history or tap on the "X" next to the specific search you would like to remove.

NOTE:

The Global Search screen also allows users to change the search parameters by using the Search Settings.

Click "Search Settings" under the search field on the Global Search screen.

Click on all the parameters you would like to apply to your search.

Swipe the Search Settings screen down to apply the parameters.

Any time custom parameters have been applied, the Search Settings button will display orange.

To remove customer parameters, click on the Search Settings button and click the "Reset to Defaults" button and swipe the Search Settings screen down to apply.

Search All Assets

Click on "Assets".

Scroll to browse all assets or use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a specific asset.

Search by Category

Click on "Categories".

Select the category you wish to search by or use the search bar at the top to find a category.

Scroll to browse the assets under the specific category or use the search bar to search for a specific asset.

Search by Site

Click on "Site".

Select the site you wish to search by or use the search bar at the top to find a site.

Scroll to browse the assets under the specific site or use the search bar at the top to search for a specific asset.

Create a Filter

Filters can be set up to pre-filter your lists.

You may want to create a filter to filter your asset list by site, for search categories you use regularly, etc.

Click on "Create Filter".

Select the parameters you wish to use for the filter, enter a filter name at the top, and click "Save".

Your filter will be saved under My Filters in your search screen.

Click on the filter name to search by that filter.

NOTE:

Filters can be viewed, edited, or deleted by clicking on the "..." and selecting the action you would like to take for that filter.

The Search tab will display the four most recently applied or created filters. Click on "View All My Filters" to see your full list of filters.

NOTE:

When you apply a search filter, it will stay on for future searches until you remove it.
