Mechanic Time Cards

The time card solution for mechanics will allow them to easily capture their time against sites, assets, work orders, and maintenance requests. Mechanic Time Cards improve efficiency, track employee productivity, and streamline the payroll process.

Manage customizable cost codes to empower field personnel to capture labor and parts costs.

• Users define their own equipment Cost Codes to align with their ERP/Accounting
• Cost Codes management is controlled with a License and Permissions
• Codes have an optional Type for categorization and up to 5 Tiers for flexibility
• Codes will have an Active/Inactive state allowing the user to sunset a code and prevent future use

TennaCAM 2.0 Road-Facing A.I.

TennaCAM 2.0 now includes the option for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in-cabin audio alerts. The camera utilizes artificial intelligence to warn the driver of road-facing events. The following alerts are included in the TennaCAM 2.0 ADAS:

• Forward Collision Warning: Alerts the driver of potential front-end collisions through calculations using speed of your vehicle and distance from a vehicle in front of you.
• Headway Warning: Designed to assist drivers in maintaining a safe following distance.
• Tailgating: Designed to alert drivers when they have maintained an unsafe following distance for an extended period of time.

Key Enhancements

Resource Management

View all requests, including assets and labor resources, in one, convenient view with the new All Requests tab.

View the schedule for suggested assets prior to approving an Asset Request.

New options for Request Expiration Rules:

• Request expires in x days or after the Start Date of the request
• Request expires in x days or after the End Date of the request
• The request will never expire

Enhancements to Dispatch Events:

• The events are now tabulated based on status for an easier look at what the progress is for asset requests
• When selecting at site, the location will pre-populate unless a pin has been dropped, in which case the pin location would populate
• Delivery time is now an optional field
• Delivery titles do not need to be unique
• You can now clone dispatch events

Enhancements to Dispatch Queue Panel:

• Actions for scheduled requests
• Modify all option
• Color code events in the past

Users Grid

The Users Grid is now paginated! It also includes anew column for “Supervisors” if Mechanic Time Cards is enabled.

Reports

The Starts and Stops premium report now includes a location (Latitude, Longitude) in the event that an address is not associated with the event. Users can hover over to view the location on a map.

Bulk Upload

Support for United Rentals and Sunbelt as primary Telematics options during Bulk Upload

Easily import asset data from your existing Sunbelt or United Rental integration using Bulk Upload.

• CAT 9 pin Straight Cable: Compatible with newer CAT Skidsteers, CAT Telehandlers, and newer CAT Mini Excavators
• John Deere 9 pin Straight Cable: Compatible with newer John Deere Backhoes
