Dispatch Board Overview

The Dispatch Board is a digital "magnet board" that gives the dispatcher an aerial view of what is currently happening on their sites at the moment.

Each card on the board represents a job site and each asset at each site. From this page approved users can Create Requests and Create Dispatches (either delivery, asset task, or labor task) by clicking the clicking the buttons on the top right of the page.

Approved users can also create dispatches by using the "Drag & Drop" function. Click on an asset within a site card and drag the asset to a new site, then drop the asset.

• Drag the asset from one site card to another
• Dispatch delivery form will open on the drop action
• Start and end dates will be prefilled on account settings
• Assets will be prefilled
• Pickup location will be prefilled based on asset location
• Destination site and location will be prefilled

Dispatchers can use Labels within Tenna to easily identify assets. These customize color labels are visual ads and can be seen across the Tenna platform. For more information on asset labels see Asset Labels Overview.
