How to Search and Filter Sites (App)
There are multiple options to search for and filter your sites which make it easy to get to the information you need.
NOTE: Viewing a site on the app will only show the assets assigned to that specific site as well as the location of the site on a map. For the full Site Details page, please log in to Tenna on a desktop. See Site Details Overview for additional information.
Permission Requirements: All users can search and filter sites.
How to Search for a Site

- Click on the search icon on the bottom right side of the dashboard.

- Click on "Sites".
This will bring you to your list of sites.

- Use the search bar at the top or scroll to find the site you are looking for.

- Click on the site you wish to view.
The list of assets assigned to that specific site will be displayed.
The following actions can be taken on this screen:
- Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for a specific asset on the site.
- Use the filter icon on the top right of the screen to filter the list of assets.
- Click on a specific asset to view the Asset Details Page.
- Click on "View in Map" at the bottom of the screen to view the location of the site on a map.
How to Filter Sites
There are two ways to filter sites.
Filter Your Search

- Click on the search icon on the bottom right side of the dashboard.

- Click on "Sites".
This will bring you to your list of sites.

- Click on the filter icon on the top left side of the screen.

- Select the items you want to filter by and swipe the Filters screen down to apply.
To undo the filter settings, click on the filter icon and click "Reset" at the bottom of the screen. Then swipe the Filters screen down to apply.
Create a Filter
Creating a filter allows you to save a filter you use often under "My Filters" so you can easily search by those parameters.

- Click on the search icon on the bottom right side of the dashboard.

- Click on "Create Filter".

- Enter the filter name at the top of the screen.

- Click on the filter options and select the search parameters you want to save for the filter.

- Click "Save".
This filter will now be saved under "My Filters" on the Search page.

- Click on the filter to run it.
The filter can be viewed, edited, or deleted by clicking on the "..." icon to the right of the filter.
