Site Details Overview
The Site Details page organizes and details all pertinent information about a site in one consolidated location.
Permission Requirements: All users have access to site details. The tabs they see depend on the site type and permission level. Users with the Edit/Update Site permission can also edit the site details from this page. See How to Create, Edit and Delete a Site (Desktop) for further details.
NOTE: The Site Details page can only be viewed on a desktop, not in the Tenna App.
Users can access different site data by switching through the Site Details tabs. The Site Details tabs include the following depending on site type and any premium features licensed to your account:
- General Information
- Utilization
- Assets
- Schedule
- Parts Inventory (premium feature)
- Rentals
- Transfer
- Geofences
- Maintenance (premium feature)
- Safety & Compliance (premium feature)
General Information
The General Information tab is the default tab which includes site address and number, description, personnel and status.
Utilization
The Utilization tab shows all assets assigned to the site and their utilization.
NOTE: Utilization is only calculated for Project sites.

Assets
The Asset tab shows all assets currently associated with the site and within the site's geofence.

Schedule
The Schedule tab shows the asset and labor resource schedule for that specific site.

Parts Inventory

The Parts Inventory tab shows the parts currently associated with the specific site.

Rentals
The Rentals tab shows all the assets that are being rented within the site.
Transfer
The Transfer tab displays data on the passing of assets through the site's geofence. Capturing assets entering and exiting a site helps maintain records on asset location and accounts for which assets have entered and may have been billed to a particular site. It also helps to identify instances of potential theft if assets are captured leaving a geofence during non-work hours or other unauthorized times.
An asset is recognized on a site and automatically "transfers" to that site in Tenna when it enters the site's boundary.
Transfer To/From Column: Indicates the site the asset came from prior to entering, or went to after leaving, this site. If the asset did not enter the geofence boundary of another known site upon leaving or entering this site, "Unassigned Location" will be displayed in this column. This indicates the location the asset came from or went to was not within an area marked as a site with a corresponding geofence.
Transfer Date Column: Indicates the date and time (in your time zone) that this asset was picked up within the geofence, thereby automatically triggering the auto-transfer to/from this site.
In/Out Column: Indicates whether the asset entered or exited the site.
NOTE: This information is accessible and able to be exported by viewing the "Geofence Enter/Exit Report" found in the Reports tab. See Geofence Enter/Exit Report (Desktop) for more information.
Geofences
The Geofences tab shows all geofences for the site on a map for a visual representation of the site's boundaries. Users can also create new boundaries for the site from this tab.

The Maintenance tab shows the Maintenance Requests and Work Orders for assets associated with the site.
