The following are Frequently Asked Questions about the Assignment History by Asset and the Assignment History by Assignee Reports.
What would I use these reports for?
The Assignment History reports are a historical overview of assignee change and break down the assignment history by asset or assignee. As an example, Assignment History by Asset report can be used to see who was assigned a specific asset over a certain period of time. Similarly, the Assignment History by Assignee report can be used to see what assets a specific person was assigned over a certain period of time.
Who can view these reports?
Users with the “Edit Assignee” permission have the ability to view these reports.
NOTE: If Data Access Controls is enabled on your account, users will only see the assets to which they have access when viewing this report. See Data Access Control Overview for additional information.
How far back can I pull data from?
You can select a max date range of 90 days’ worth of results.
